Best follow up marketing after tasting room / vineyard visit

Hi there,

My family is indirectly involved in a vineyard. It's reasonably successful and its tasting room / restaurant experience is well known and has even won some international awards. However, I think they could do much better with their follow-up marketing. Currently, all guests are signed up to a generic newsletter - that's it.

Can anyone here point to examples of vineyards marketing creatively and effectively to their existing customer base?
